How I Spent My Summer Vacation
The song speaks for itself, Hot Fun in the summer. Our summer was certainly full of fun: the grill outdoors, neighborhood cookouts, ice cream, July 4 parades, a great journey home, sleep late, my eldest daughter's first apartment? Never believe that the season is long enough to do what I want to do. Now that summer is almost finished, how to preserve these memories? Take a few minutes before the hectic routine of the school began to compile a list of family memories from the summer. Whether in a book, photo album or shoebox these things source memories of family life which is often the survival of traditions. Children love to see friends and family how they spent their summer holidays. Do you want a quick and easy way to create a time capsule of their summer vacation? Make a souvenir glass. Find a large, clean and wide mouth jar (jars of mayonnaise and working) to celebrate their taxes. From paint and decorate the cover. collect photos, ticket stub, shells, maps, souvenirs, pressed flowers or something that has sentimental value for the summer holidays. Write down the names and dates back photos. Place all the items inside the glass. The brightly colored paper, write a few notes on each individual case. You want May to interview other family members for their ideas as well. Preserve your stories been in place of honour. Children will enjoy coming to his memory potted history for many summers to come. And do not forget to take a photo on the first day of school. We take a photo at the same location each year. My daughter is going for its first year of college. In the first pages of her scrapbook are all photos taken by the first day of school. From fear to Little Lamb preschool name tag, confidence, handsome young man who has prospered in each photo was really worth a thousand words. <B> About the author: Rondi Hillstrom Davis </ B> is co-author of award-winning book together to create family traditions.
